Dr. Debra M Block, PsyD

Was so nervous to tell my stuff to someone at first. Dr. Block made me feel comfortable from the minute we met! I've seen her now over a year and she has helped me stay clear headed, when I definitely could not be before seeing her! I recommend anyone see her to deal with life from really major problems to just managing stress each day!

Dr. Block is pretty good therapist. Don't get me wrong. It's everything else that was awful. She told me she was hiring dedicated office staff to be there more than 15 random hours a week, it never happened. So have a question? No one ever answers the phone. No email to send anything too either, including the 10 pages of intake forms. But they will text you on a Sunday at 8 pm asking about availability that is in the middle of the day over and over again when you have made it clear you work full time and can't make a 9:40 am appointment or call you from a blocked number to make an appointment, which you cannot call back. The other thing that made me frustrated is Dr. Block would set an audible alarm on her phone every 15 minutes to make sure she was staying on time, Even though I mentioned how disruptive it was to the session. Every time it would be oh I meant to turn that off....about 4 times. I truly believe there are better therapists who can administratively support their… practice and are more receptive to their patients needs.

Terribly run office, unplesant staff, debra block's dishonestly, just stay far away from this place.
