I never saw any human feelings or care for any human being from Dr Carter ever. She definately picked the wrong field to be in . Only in Florida could I ever see her being able to keep her license.

No other word other than awful. Greed at its finest

Dr. Carter lacks compassionate, lacks honesty, lacks a genuine sincerity in helping people. Her practise should have been shut down a long time ago.

I made an appointment referenced by my ins. coverage. Arrived only to find they had moved out of town. Had to drive 18 miles & miss half a session. Returned later for testing. No one in office when I turned the test papers in. On the next visit I was asked to pay $400 for the first 2 apptmts. as ins. claims were "denied". Checked with ins. provider and I WAS covered. Claims were being filed to the wrong office. I had to call the doctor's office to give them the correct filing address. The first visit claim was paid and the office told me that my refund check was "made out" waiting for the doctor's signature. The check never came. I had to threaten to complain with the Better Business Burea to get a full refund on insurance covered charges. Problems with the office created more stress and anxiety than I was there for help with.

Found this doctor to be someone you would not want to use . Period.

Awful experience with this Psychologist. I would suggest everyone check this doctor out before using . I have never seen a positive review in her and she has been practicing around 35 years. Way too long.

BEware-never see anything goood written or spoken of this quack Dr.

After making an appointment for a Psychological Evaluation, I was told by this center my insurance does not cover. The test was to cost $600 and $300 in addition my $40 co pay would be due at the time of testing. I contacted my insurance company who said it was covered. Several calls, lots of time wasted, finally a senior rep from my insurance company had to call Carter to say they were in network, the procedure should come under specialist co pay and there should be $0 out of pocket amount. Carter then told me I would have to pay three $40 co-pays. $40 co-pay for the test, $40 to write the report and another $40 to send the report! I called another place for a Psychology Evaluation and just paid $40 co-pay. Beware!

Absolutely nothing good to say about this Doctor. My opinion if anybody is looking for a Psychologist, stay away from this one..Ego driven with little regard for patient.
