This office just wants to force you to come in as often as possible to collect as much co-pays as possible. My husband showed up as a new patient for an annual exam. They did NOTHING the first appointment. No physical, no lab work, nothing. They just did like a 'welcome to the practice' thing. Which is a waste of a day off of work for an appointment. Then they scheduled a separate appointment for his physical two weeks later. My husband called the following day after his appointment to get his bloodwork script so he could just go to a Quest and get that out of the way on the weekend. They declined, saying they had a lab onsite. During his appt they said they'd have no problem issuing him a script to any other lab he preferred. But now after the appointment, they changed their mind. At first they said they'd see if the doctor was okay with it. Then they pretty much forced my husband to make 4 appts. One for intro, one for the physical, one for blood work and one for all the results. Now… my husband has to take four days off of work just to get this one simple thing done. I called the office to see if they could just email him the script so he can get it done before his physical and save some time. The man who answered the phone was so incredibly rude. He said it wasn't their policy to do that (despite the fact that previous staff said they would talk to the doctor about it, which meant it was possible) and when I tried to ask to speak to someone else he said no and literally hung up on me. Even after I said that he was being rude and not offering good service he sarcastically chuckled and said "I'm sorry you feel that way" and hung up. Keep in mind, my husband is a new patient. Absolutely awful front office staff. Such disregard for someone's precious time.

Takes a personal interest in your health and takes time to answer all your questions. She's really smart!

Dr. Dube is the best ever. Not only did she take excellent care of my parents, she took the same care of me during that difficult time. And now she takes excellent care of me. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The enitire staff there is terrible. They will lie and rip you off on your insurance. They will take 5 minutes with you but charge you like it was 45. They dont care about your health just money. Plus they are way over priced. They will put every visit as a complec visit and max charge you everytime. The experiance I had thier was the worst I ever had and when I told them I wasnt coming back thier attitude was like sure whatever. They have gotten the last dollar thet will ever see from me or my insurance thats for sure.

I was told I would see Dr. Dude but have been seeing the PA.... I was given a physical exam (female exam) and I was told I had an STD! I told them I had already had a blood test (and I am married and I am NOT active with anyone else) But they INSISTED I had an STD and I had to go get unnecessary blood work. I was sent and the lab called out my name and what blood work I was having, and it was embarrassing. Not to mention, the office has referred me to at least three horrible doctors that have not helped me for numerous treatments. I am currently in the process looking for another doctor. It's a shame though because I will say the staff and everyone is very kind. I am happy they are courteous with me in terms of being helpful trying to get correct treatment, but my experience was awful, and being referred to several doctors that didn't help was horrible. I haven't had a followup appointment scheduled.

Dr.Dube one of the finest and most professional Dr. ever met.In my job,I have met hundred's. Caring up to date in modern medicine,superb analysis's and treatment's. office staff the best.If waiting long,because she and staff do not rush assessment's. Absolutely one of the best Dr. In Fla. I have worked with and met many Dr,s,Dr.Dube highly respected and liked within central Fla.medical circle.

This is the worst practice I have ever gone to. Dr Dube has 10,000 patients. You will never see her. This is an office of PAs and a nurse practitioner. The last time I requested an appointment specifically with Dr Dube I was told the soonest appointment was in 3 months. On another occasion, after waiting a month to see Dr Dube, I was asked to see the PA instead since Dr Dube was running late. I could have had a next day appointment if I wanted to see a PA. The PAs are very mediocre. A PA misdiagnosed mono and prescribed the wrong dosage of my medication, along with ordering unneccessary testing due to a lack of adequate medical knowledge. The billing practices of this office are also questionable. I am billed $250 for an office visit with a PA, while others in my family are billed $123 for an office visit with a PA. I resent paying $250 and waiting 1 - 1 1/2 hours just to see a PA. Dr Dube seems to be a good doctor. The problem is that she is not the one treating her… patients.

after my father was in the hospital for a life threating illness I tried to make a follow up appointment with the Dr. not a PA. they could not schedule an appointment for 5 months to see the DR.

Dr. Dube is amazing! She takes her time and listens to her patient and makes sure that you understand things that she explains or reasons for further testing. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very poorly managed office. Billing often billed more than once, charge patient for everything including prescriptions. PA misdiagnosed me twice and evaluated my husband's surgery request form by reviewing someone else's health records. Although Dr Dube is very personable, plan on spending the day if you have an appointment. On one appointment I came out of examining room to see what the 46 minutes delay was about and found out the staff had forgotten I was in the room!
