Office help tried to change doctors from Dr Debra Figiroa to another male doctor. We objected to the change and told the office help that the doctor we signed up for and wanted was on our Insurance ID card ! The office help stated that Dr Figiroa no longer took our health insurance and that we had to see the doctors male associate ! We called our Insurance Company and spoke with a supervisor ! The Supervisor informed us that Dr Debra Figiroa did indeed take our Insurance and was listed at 3 locations at the Insurance Companies website & was listed as our PCP on our Insurance ID cards !!!! Why was Dr Figiroa's office help lying about all of this wrong info ???? All responsible parties should be terminated immediately !!!! Remember, a Doctor is only as good as their Office Help !!!! Hence, we were harassed for the next couple of days with phone calls begging us to come in with an appointment with Dr Figiroa ! At this point in time, there was No Trust Left with Dr Figiroa and her… inept staff !!!! We moved on ! So should you ???? If we could give a lower grade than 1 star, we would have !!!!

I love this doctor. She treats me for my thyroid disease and autoimmune and she has the best bedside manner. She also listens to how you feel, not just the blood work.
