Dr. Debra L. Fromer is a double board-certified Urogynecologist and Urologist who serves as the Chief of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery and the Vice Chair for Faculty Development in the Department of Urology at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Her clinical practice is dedicated to providing expert and compassionate care for women with a wide range of pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and recurrent urinary tract infections.

A urogynecologist is a doctor with extra training in fixing problems with the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor is the group of muscles that holds up your bladder and other pelvic organs. We are experts in treating issues like bladder leakage and prolapse.

Prolapse is when the muscles that support your pelvic organs get weak, causing organs like the bladder or uterus to "drop" or create a bulge. It can feel like pressure or like "something is falling out." It's a very common and treatable problem.
