Doctor Jones and her staff treat you like family you are always number one they care about you and ask how your family's doing. I will stop in days I don't have an appointment they make sure and greet me and say hello ask me how I'm doing best DOCTOR and staff in the country

Dr Jones was my grandmothers primary. Until my uncle eye witness the poor treatment she rendered to my 81 year old Grandmom. Came out to the office in front of patients yelling what is she doing here. As if my grandmother didn't have an appointment she personally have her. Then told the receptionist to put my Grandmom at the bottom of the list when she was already a hour and fourty minutes past the time she have. Her. After witnessing the way she talked about my Grandmom my uncle got up and demanded a release form to release my Grandmom as her patient. And her medical records. Come to find out she was treating my Grandmom for diabetes that a new doctor we sent her to says she never had. How could you be someone's doctor for 5 years + and don't know she isn't diabetic ð??¡ My family was furious. Because my Grandmom is the sweetest women ever. For someone to just uncaring and chancing her life harm just crushed me. Dr. Jones should be ashamed of her self. With her nasty attitude… toward people exapecially her elderly patient.

Throw a rock and do better. Office took three months to generate a referral for a heart test. Staff openly hostile and yelling at each other in front of patients. Doc always runs late and shuffles around the office in bedroom slippers; argues with you when you describe your own symptoms. I could go on but you get the point...

I like Dr. Jones and I am a patient. The only prblem I have is getting someone to answer the phone on somedays.It just rings and rings or it is busy all the time.

She is a very pompous dr. and she doesn't listen to anything you have to say. She won't address your concerns unless it is the specific reason that you made the appointment. Don't expect her to take the time to explain your condition to you. She'll just throw a piece of paper at you and let you figure it out for yourself. She may know what she's doing, but her attitude is not worth it.
