Dr. Debra Ann Patt, MD

Always willing to answer questions and spend the time. Provides evidence based information and the statistics if you want them. (Knows them all). Easy to talk to and bring up issues or questions.

Although Dr. Patt is a very busy woman, she has always given me all the time I need to talk. She sits down with me and explains things with the detailed information I prefer. She has a brisk and efficient demeanor, but underneath that is a very compassionate and caring doctor. She has gone above and beyond for me several times, including presenting my complicated case to the tumor board and another peer based group when I wanted more opinions. She encourages you to seek additional opinions as well and has no ego issues with that. I highly reccommend her to others and so far, they have been very happy with her as well.

Dr Patt is aggressive, She is very busy and has a lot of new patients every day. You will see her staff more than her. She is very curt and not great at emotional stuff that comes up. Her staff is excellent. The facility is very nice and yes the atmosphere does make a difference when you are spending so much time there. My average visit with her is less than 5 minutes. If I have the PA I get about 30 minutes.

Dr. Patt is competent and secure. She suggests second opinions but usually her partners. Her PA, Sara, is excellent while Candice is not very knowledgeable.

Dr. Patt is an experienced, knowledgeable cancer caregiver. She always seemed to be on a tight time schedule & you had to really request time to discuss things before she was out the door. While she is extremely competent, her bedside manner seemed very clinical.
