Dr. Debbie gives the appearance of caring in front of her patients and pai: however she is rude, condescending and out to make money not provide high quality medical care

Dr. Santaseiro is one of the best doctors that I know. When my daughter was younger that was her doctor for years. She is compassionate, kind, loving, and wonderful person, inside and out. Her staff is professional, positive and kind. I never had a problem at anytime. I really like her because she treated my daughter and I, like family, and that my dear friends go a long way....this is why I know I will never find another awesome doctor like her again...and that is Real Talk!

Doctor Santasiero is late to work, orders many unnecessary tests, has trouble reading her charts, and refuses to speak to parents on the phone. It is very nerve-wracking to be told the doctor will not answer your questions and you have to come for an appointment for even the slightest of questions. Any and all communication is through a third party, and can lead to confusion in the back and forth translation. I took my daughter to her for 3 years and finally had enough.

Dr. Debbie is un awesome pediatrician-probably the best one we had so far., but with that being said, the staff at this location is probably THE WORST I have ever had to deal with. I am currently serving in the Military and PCSing very often. My kids have been overseas with me, and meanwhile my MIL had received a call from the office to inform us that "their shots are not up to date". We did informed them that we are overseas and kids are getting vaccinated here, but once we get back we will came and see the Dr. My son got really bad cough, and I called the practice for un appointment, where one of the reception stuff who answered the phone and who by the way was the rudest person that I have ever had the chance to deal with, made the determination that "since we have not been out of the country for certain time, Dr. Debbie would not see us". After all, our reason to be overseas was because of my military assignment, and this is the first time I do hear of pediatrician practice… refusing to see a patient considering the above circumstances. I would have to find another pediatrician at this time, and if you are serving in the military and PCSing, please DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and STAY AWAY from this practice since you may get the surprise of coming back home to find out that you have no pediatrician.....

I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Debbie for over 6 years now and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is wonderful with all three of my children to the point that they ask to go see her because they miss her. She always asks questions that I might not think of during a visit and is very thorough. After my son had seen a few different doctors in the central Florida area, Dr. Debbie was the only one that found his heart murmur, umbilical hernia and diagnosed his asthma. She calls after hours when my children have seen her during the day to see how they are doing. The staff is always very kind to me and my children. I could not ask for a better pediatrician. We love Dr. Debbie AND her staff!!!
