Deb, I followed you from clinic to clinic for years. I really miss you. I'm not having much luck with your replacement at all. I'm being treated as a hostile patient. Please, if you are still practing somewhere, contact me.

Dr Smithson is a great doctor who cares for her patients, only problem is she tied in with the wrong medical group, her triage nurse, "rude", judgemental and defiant. Nurse needs to retire. Staff at front desk. "Rude" probably due to all the work placed on them and the negative example set by the nurse.

I tried for two days to get the doctor tor order me and MRI, i never heard anything back. Called 3 times. Next day called back to check again and said the doctor has not approved it yet and she called in sick today and there wasn't any one who could help me and i asked if she would contact me moonday, she said she is not sure about that! Seriously

She's been our family doctor for 18 years. My adult son still goes to her, and now she's also my grandson's doctor! She is awesome!

If you would like to go to a doctor that will, right in the middle of a treatment process, leave you hanging or does not follow-up with any treatment plan and just leaves you asking more questions than you get answers then this is the doctor for you. Don't take my word for it though, ask around.

Dr Smithson is awesome! True, I've had several appointments rescheduled at the last minute in the 8 or 10 years I've been seeing her, but as far as I'm concerned she's well worth the hassle. I have a great deal of confidence in her, she listens and answers any and all questions I might have, she does whatever needs to be done to diagnose and treat the problem, she takes plenty of time with me and helps me understand what's going on with my health, and she's always kind and considerate. I'm perfectly comfortable with her, and Id say she's the best doctor I've ever had. You couldn't do better!
