Dr Decio Alexandre De Freitas Carvalho

DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGEON! My family member is in the hospital after she was found to have a severe infection. MRSA and Klebsiella. After her surgery she never saw Dr Carvalho. He was never present at any follow up visits. She developed multiple wounds on her breasts and was “treated” for 6 weeks and then dumped. During this 6 weeks she never saw Dr. Carvalho. She is now in the hospital and had to have a surgery and a foreign body other than the implants was found in her breasts. Allegedly Dr. Carvalho took too much skin when he completed her breast lift and her incision lines popped open. She still had multiple sutures left in her breasts. We called the office over and over, left messages and no call back. Please if you care for your body and life do not go here!

I wish I could give Dr Carvalho 10 stars, I had a BBL done with him at New Image Cosmetic Surgery Center and I truly love the results. I had an amazing experience from the beginning, he was very nice and professional, explained everything in detail and understood my wishes. Dr Carvalho is definitely one of the best doctors in Miami .

Dr carvalho is amazing! I had a bbl and lipo done by him. I’m very impressed by how natural I look, I definitely wasn’t looking for a big fake booty. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions and gave me great results! I’m only one week post op but I can’t wait to see my body in a few more months. He is a true artist!! Go ahead and get a consult.

Horrible, unprofessional, ill mannered

BEWARE!! AVOID!!! This "Dr" performed a a lift and augmentation on my wife. He said the lift would last approximately 5 years. We agreed and paid $7500. Less then a year later the lift was gone. We went back and he denied saying it would last 5 years and wanted to charge an additional $4500 to fix his poor job.

This was my first time at New Image center and the I can honestly say that this is by far the best Plastic surgery Center that i have ever been. Dr. Decio is an amazing plastic surgeon and he was so patient with my needs and guided me through the whole process to achieve maximum results.
