We recently changed our primary care physician and when I met Dr. Pandraju and she reviewed my records she asked me why it had been so long since my last colonoscopy. I explained to her that my previous primary care Doctor had indicated to me that I had several more years to go before I needed my next procedure. She shook her head and said I was actually past due. I had the procedure done at MGH in Boston and they found several precancerous growths and they told me it is imperative I now have this procedure done every five years. Good call. She also laughs politely at my stupid jokes. We are happy with her.

Terrible!!!!! It took over 3 months to stop having pain in my head and she kept telling me it was anxiety. It took me to go to a headache clinic in Worcester to actually figure out what was going on! Then proceeded to tell me to go to a psychologist. She's absolutely horrible.

I saw her for a cough and chest congestion. Diagnosed me with allergies and told me to take allergy meds. Went to urgent care a few days later only to be diagnosed with bronchitis and a sinus infection! The NP at the urgent care performed the same tests as she did, but with a different diagnosis. Also, after having a cortisone shot in my shoulder by another doctor in the practice who recommended I begin PT, Dr. P told me it could wait until spring!
