Dr. Deirdre M Connolly, MD

This doctor is indifferent and unresponsive. I had three major experiences in past two years where I would be concerned about my lab reports or diagnostic tests, would call the office, wait for two to three days after being told by the front desk staff that doctor would call me back in 24 hours. Then I call second time and the same story repeats. Sometimes after two calls, a nurse would call me back with some answer but never the doctor. Then my latest experience had become the last straw and I ended up switching to a new physician. I had a diagnostic test done last year which showed some abnormalities and as usual, I hadn't received any call from the doctor's office. Then this year, she repeated the same test after realizing she overlooked the last year's result but same pattern of not returning calls continued.I can not tell how frustrating it is to deal with this doctor. She doesn't address patient's concerns and doesn't return phone calls. Poor service and a lot of apathy!

Dr. Connolly always asks me what I think of her recommendations. She is easy to talk with, and shows true concern for her patients. She is open to other opinions besides her own. She calls other doctors for help if she's not sure.

Dr. Connolly is an outstanding patient advocate, who listens to the patient.

This is the best office I have ever dealt with. My 2 children and I switched to this practice a few months ago. The office staff is very friendly, courteous and timely. The nurses are very caring and personable. Dr. Connolly is very attentive, listens to you and addresses concerns immediately. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get called in for an appointment and when an appointment is needed, the timeframe is very reasonable. Highly recommend this office.

I have referred all of my friends, family and patients (I'm an in home CNA) to her office.. She is by far EVERYTHING a doctor should be and her staff is equally as amazing.. I have been a patient of hers for 9 years as well as my 3 children. If you're looking for a doctor she is in family medicine which means she takes newborns through all ages beyond.. She is one of few doctors I've ever met that does her job out of love, kindness and her genuine concern of your overall health. I feel blessed to have had this doctor and her staff through all of the things life has thrown at us..

She's great...we talk about life before we "talk shop". She listens and is always available to me, no matter if I call or my wife calls for me. I would refer anyone I know to her

There are few physicians on this earth who can engender such profound trust, and diagnostic competence and clinical foundation as thoroughly as Dr. Connolly. During one of the most challenging medical crisis periods of my life, she galvanized a battery of doctors to best treat me, while respecting the choices I had made without denigrating them. Five years later she still is the benchmark from which my ongoing health has been sustained and advanced.

Had several appointments, two just to try to talk to her. Office was disorganized. Huge wait times. And she didn't listen well or take a full history at any time.

I've been with Dr. Connolly's office for about 10 years, she is very friendly and listens well. Over the past year I developed a few health issues and the response from her is been very poor. I went to her office for a BP check, which was high it took her 4+ weeks to get back to me! I find some of her staff friendly and professional but other seem bothered I called, the wait on you while eating and give you dirty looks when you approach the window to check in. I've fed up with this treatment and plan to leave the practice.
