Dr. Deirdre C Holloway

I have been a patient with Dr. Holloway for 30+ years. However, her office service level is poor, and she has no respect of her patients time. The work she does is wonderful as well as the staff she has is great. But, due to the following reasons I would not recommend Dr. Holloway services any longer. Wait times in her offices is more than 3 or 4+ hours long because she has not arrived in the office. Does not have time to address questions from patients. Rudely leaves you in the exam room while she leaves the office for the day or go to lunch. Does not meet schedule appointment times at all. Lack of care and courtesy to elderly patients who depend on others for transportation to her office. She makes them wait for a long periods of time which causes them to miss pre-planned transportation or other scheduled appointments. Extend no apology for being late. This type of service is unacceptable.
