Dr. Delia Weiss, MD

My husband & I recently moved to FL & wanted to find an internist This so called doctor ordered numerous tests for me to be done at a diagnostic center. One of the ultrasound radiologists recommended that I have a biopsy. I did not find this out until my follow up appointment with her 5 weeks later! When she entered the examining room she still had not read the test results! My husband saw her 2 weeks before for a first visit, & after waiting an hour to see her, she told him to go online for specialist referrals. DO NOT SEE THIS DR!

The worst patient care I have ever experienced for my elderly mother. Experienced it first hand after complaints from my mother-in-law. RUDE, she lied and then tried to cover her tracks. If you care for your parents as I do, DO NOT bring them to Dr. Weiss

After a call that my first appointment had to be rescheduled because the doctor was running very late, my second appointment kept me waiting for one and a quarter hours. Finally, I saw the doctor and it was a relatively short visit, with her mainly engaging with her computer. She was effective enough as a physician, and did the right things to examine my flue symptoms, but it went downhill from there. Dr. Weiss suggested a vitamin C supplement which she sold there for $33, after ruling out other medications which could upset my stomach (can't tolerate spices). It turns out the C, which is only sold by doctors' offices, had black pepper extract in it, so I went to return it. The receptionists told me she couldn't return my cash payment because it wasn't in my chart and the other receptionist would have to remember the transaction. Despite three attempts, the other receptionist would not return my call, so I am covering an expense of $33 that the doctor should actually cover for… failing to realize the product was the wrong one to prescribe. On top of that, I found the office staff cold and standoffish and minimally helpful. They sit behind a one-way mirror so that you can't even see them to talk with them or check in. This says it all! No way I would return here.

Wonderful competent kind doctor

Dr Weiss was kind, considerate and thorough. She was able to ask the right questions in order to get to the heart of the matter. The office staff was fantastic as well. They made in easy and enjoyable to schedule and see Dr Weiss. Dr Weiss was extremely effective in diagnosing and treating my problem. in all, my experience was outstanding and I do not hesitate to recommend her and trust her with all of my health care needs

After waiting for over 50 minutes, I was told that another patient would be going ahead of me since they were a regular patient and I was a new patient. The doctor was right there and didn't even apologize for the wait and for taking other patients ahead of me. Horrible and unprofessional

I would recommend this doctor, she is kind and caring and very knowlegable. She provides support and spend time teaching healthy lifestyle practices
