Dr. Delois D Teague, MD

Dr. Teague may present as direct, but I personally think she's extremely rude, impatient and condescending. I'm switching doctors immediately. I've been with her for 4-5 years now for yearly visits, and I've always left with a negative impression. Why I haven't switched sooner is completely on me. If you're looking for compassionate care, I'd try another doctor. If you're looking for a robotic and ingenuous experience... You've come to the right place. Also, appointments are 2 months out and there's always been a +1 hr lobby rate each time I go.

She is the best Dr. I’ve ever had. She is compassionate, down to earth, and extremely smart! I trust her 100%. She has performed multiple surgeries on me and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Dr. Teague is beyond amazing. I am so thankful for her & for our beautiful daughter who is here & healthy because of her!

Their office is only open for three hours in the morning. They're closed at noon for lunch, because why stay open when the majority of your patient base is available at lunch time? There's an answering service if you have an emergency or go into labor, but they charge you anytime you call. Terrible experience.

I find Dr Teague to be very professional, but very personal when need be. She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.

I could rave about her for days. She is FANTASTIC! Puts her patients first in so many ways.

My first appointment with this doctor. Office staff messed up my appointment and wanted me to reschedule, when I refused the girl at the front desk was so nasty and rude. I don't know what she told the doctor, but apparently the doctor is just as nasty and rude as her staff. My wait time was 1 hour and 30 min. My appt. was at 4p.m. I watched the doctor and her staff eat food, gossip, and play on her phone before she called me back, and there wasn't any patients left to be seen. I wouldn't refer a dog to go see this doctor, I don't care how good she is or how much experience she has, first impressions are everything and she blew it. No accountability from the staff for their mistakes, so if the doctor doesn't care, why would the staff care.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Teague. She has always been real and up front with me since I have been a patient of hers (almost 10 years now). She explains things and makes them as clear as she can, she's hands on, and she gives that motherly love. The staff in the office is not the best, and it seems they care more about money and insurance than your health, but Dr Teague is the exact opposite. Dr. Teague's nurse has also always been pretty good at getting back to me and answering my questions. Dr. Teague is the ONLY reason I still go there, and I would recommend HER to anyone I know!

The physician was a very warm and pleasant lady. She listened to my problems, examined me and gave me an accurate diagnosis. My daughter and I were very impressed by the doctor's bedside manner. We just love her.

I was appalled at the incompetence of the front desk staff, they scheduled my appointment wrong and did not accept responsibility for it. While they were checking to see if I could be seen they had me waiting forever, then gave me paperwork and after reviewing said they did not accept my new insurance. I was so mad why didn't they tell me that on the phone after since I gave the information then. When I called to follow-up with Dr. Teague her nurse would not talk to me, not even knowing what I wanted, I was told she could not give me medical advice and that was not what I wanted. I thought how rude they had already gave a false impression of me to the nurse and I was not happy with this at all. What does it take to get good customer service these days? What does it take to find a good doctor? These are the question I'm left with after this experience.
