He has been my dr for 13 yrs of good service. He compassionate and listens to my health needs. He definitely tries if not his expertise to run the proper test to help figure it out. I definitely haven't made it easy due to getting hurt losing my job no insurance. I have to private pay with a payment plan. So that makes it difficult for him to get down to the root of the problem. Dr Jim is not only a compassionate care giver but very concerned and informed with my records, family history, etc. I don't like going to the doctors office but love hanging out with Jim!

I’ve been seeing Dr. P a long time and he is fantastic! He listens to you and has a common sense approach. He’s very good with respiratory problems

ive seen dr politis for almost 15 years. i wouldnt go to anyone else. he knows his stuff and is always making sure that i am taken care of.

#Never understand the problem #Only depends upon lab results. I have visited this doctor for leg and neuro pain , I have reached multiple times STAFF and doctor on my issue but NO use. I definately do not Recomand this doctor.

Dr. Politis is a great doctor. He is so knowledgeable and can see things other doctors are not even looking for. Doctor Politis has changed my life for the better and I do highly recommend him. If there is a wait it is because he takes time with his patients and because he has a lot of patients so one must understand that. It is worth it!

Dr. Politis is an amazing doctor when you are with him. His nurse is also great. The reason I gave 3 stars is you cannot talk to a human on the phone. You have to message them for everything and allow 48 hours to get back. The staff is absolutely evil. They treat you as you are a nuisance or how dare you ask a follow up question about a medication you were prescribed. On mymercy they say you get a care team and can answer any questions. That is not the case. I really trusted him until the way I was treated by staff and he was aware said nothing to me nor apologized which leads me to believe he does not care. I am afraid his practice has changed over the 10 plus years I have been with him. Others have noted his rude staff so if he knows then is this the way he likes it? Wait tine used to be 10 mins now more like 40 minutes and another 15 in the room.
