Dr. Denina Adele Helm, MD

I love Dr. Helm but her front desk staff are not pleasant or friendly. No one says "Hello" and they don't make you feel welcomed. Poor look.

A GEM!!! Thorough, attentive, compassionate. She is the only Doctor that I've ever asked for a hug, her response and warmth brought tears to my eyes.

Dr. Helm is the first physician that I have met since childhood who is committed to providing excellent care to her patients. She is personable and loves what she does. No matter what your question she will help you to understand the process and education if you don't know. She is a gem.

Dr. Helm is an excellent doctor. I have been a patient with her since she began her practice at the Wadsworth office. She has very good bedside manners and is patient and honest.

She has been very helpful with my health issues giving me great advice and a medical plan to follow also recommending competent specialists need for my care. I disagree with one of the reviews about the office staff and MA. I have always had a pleasant experience and never been treated in anyway but with respect and in a pleasant manner. I have always been able to get an appointment if needed in a crunch.

Dr. Helm is a caring doctor. Although at times I felt that she was frustrated, annoyed or irritated during several office visits. However , I had to realize that her mood was not directed towards me and that she is more than likely feeling overwhelmed or burnt-out. I also think that the lack of support from her MA's,front office staff and feeling overwhelmed are three main reasons why she is unable to spend the appropriate time with patients and follow-up with patients. The front office staff is very rude , unorganized, unprofessional and the MA's are also unprofessional but lazy!!! I would be frustrated, annoyed and irritated as a doctor if majority of my time was spent dealing with rude, lazy, unorganized and unprofessional staff. I feel bad that she works in such a chaotic office setting. I recommend her care but you must be able to tolerate the front office staff and MA's unprofessionalism.

Dr. Helm is very easy to talk to. She gives several options or suggestions which is great. Unfortunately some of her staff is a little unprofessional.

She has no evening or weekend hours & she does not take any walk ins, in this day & age when we all have to work,that is incomprehensible. It's also a nightmare to even get an appointment.
