Dr. Denis Leo Galindo, MD

Caring, kind, patient, and genuinely has concern for his patients. I have going to Dr. Galindo since 1996, and he has been fantastic dealing with all my physical and emotional issues! I dread the day when I hear the words, "he is retiring!" He is brilliant and sends you to a specialist if the need is there. He is not only my doctor, but makes me feel like his friend.

Dr Galindo has been my doc for many years. He is thorough, asks about tests that I may or may not have had through my specialists and has never been afraid to schedule tests nor recommend treatments or programs related to medicl conditions I have had over the years. Very difficult to schedule an appointment with him, although they have some excellent PAs. The time in the waiting room can be lengthy, but that is because Dr Galindo spends the time necessary with each patient in order to gather the information he may need to be most likely to correctly diagnose a problem or condition. I reconmmend him highly. My wife uses him, as does my married daughter and her husband. A very warm and caring man.

Dr. Galendo used to provide better care. He now seems pushed and doesn't help nearly as much. He doesn't order culture and sensitivity tests for infections anymore, but instead makes empiracal diagnoses which are fast and cheap for the ins. co., but can be dangerous if his first guess is wrong.He forgets what meds he prescribed for me and doesn't order appropriate lab tests anymore (ex. liver function tests for some cholesterol drugs). He doesn't suggest recommended vacinations anymore, eiher.He was a good doc, but I'm looking for a new internist

I am a relatively new patient, but he seems smart, caring and competent. I recommend him to those seeking quality care

Dr. Galindo has treated my family and I for many years now. He is caring and sweet. He always spends lots of time in the room. There are times that you have to wait quite a while for him but it's because he takes his time making the RIGHT diagnosis. He is one of the smartest people I have ever met in my life. I would never consider going to see any other Dr. He is the best.
