Dr. Denise Lynne Buck, MD

Dr. Buck listens intently and offers counsel in a kind manner. Her office is clean and the staff is efficient. Excellent care given in all areas.

Dr.Buck kicked my butt into getting healthy. She took no crap excuses from me. She's a good doctor.

If you are looking for perfect, go somewhere else. Dr. Buck is a very kind, intelligent Doc who CARES about her patients. She also helps to teach ...and so you will PROBABLY see a med student first, then Doc comes in to go over everything. I work in social service field... Not a lot of Docs take Medicare/Medicaid...BUCK DOES!!! Staff are people. Get over it. Offices are busy. You want QUALITY CARE for your family??? Dr. Denise Buck PROVIDES EXCELLENT CARE. She is real. And NOT a SNOB.

Dr. Buck has been not only my primary doctor for over 10 years- she is my child's doctor. She is extremely thorough and if she feels that it is out of her realm- she immediately refers you out to a specialty doctor who can better assess the condition. She refuses to just push meds- even when you think that is what you need. She is one of the few left... who actually cares about her patients and it shows in her employees and practice...

My son (who is autistic) saw Dr. Marta for several years because, with our insurance, that was the closest option. She ok and it worked out fine until Dr. Marta retired. Since then we transferred to Dr. Buck. Dr. Buck is an ok doctor, she 's courteous enough, asks me what we need her to do... she doesn't spend a lot of time with us but she does cover the bases. We switched doctors this year just because the office staff is so awful.. They forget that you signed in, they speak rudely to people, (I've heard one of them who does the vitals telling an elderly patient using a walker to 'hurry up, you keeping us all waiting'.) They take personal calls in front of every one, they fight and argue with each other and the doctor in front of patients. Dr. Buck is so nice and she does a decent job, I can't for the life of me imagine why she has to put up with such nonsense.

Worst staff ever. Made my schedule a month ago for 10 am. Showed up at 9.30 and end up without an appointment because they rescheduled without notice, they didn't bother informing me, therefore, I had no idea until I went there .That office is like a circus and a joke. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO THERE. The staff is obviously incompetent and not trained well enough to inform patients of issues with the scheduling, but rather, wait until you show up to explain to you you're appointment is being rescheduled, I have never experienced such unprofessional service when it comes to a doctor appointment, I'm honestly so disappointing.

This office has lost my medical records twice. At my latest visit, she didn't allow me time to tell her about my medical history, even the things she herself had diagnosed me with. She got a list of medications I take, told me that we would find no answers in the bloodwork she was ordering, and that I probably have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This is upon speaking to me for all of five minutes. I felt like she didn't even want to bother trying to find a reason I was sick.

Dr. Buck is a very talkative and kind Doctor, though during my last two visits I have felt extremely rushed. Her assistants and front office staff are rude, short-tempered, lazy and highly unprofessional. I had to call 4 times over the course of 3 weeks to get simple blood test results and to ask my doctor a follow up question about medicine she prescribed. She is behind the times technologically. She has no online portal to see your medical history or test results, her office is ugly, unkempt and poorly lit. I have gone to her for a few years now but the customer service has gotten more lax and unfriendly with each subsequent visit. Her office is just poorly ran, though she's nice I wouldn't recommend her! FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR, YOU WILL NOT LIKELY ENJOY YOUR EXPERIENCE!

So I called trying to make an appointment as a new patient. Apon my request instead of getting a polite and sympathetic response the receptionist practically chuckled and made it seem like I was crazy for asking such a thing. She then proceeded to tell me that as a new patient the earliest they would be able to see me was 3rd week of January, today is dec 20th! Well I'm sick now, in 4 weeks I will probably of cured myself or be even worse. The receptionist was a total b!@$? Just be prepared to get talked to like you're an idiot if you happen to get her on the phone.
