Dr. Denise Marie Buckley, MD

Anyone who would give Dr. Denise Buckley (5 stars)is foolish. She' has let the ball drop over and over again. Dr. Buckley makes simple things difficult for the sickest of patients. I have asked for a new primary care physician in the past and the Admin.had agreed to give me a Resident which certainly would have been ideal. Unfortunately, COVID19 hit and they refused the transfer. I have repeat issues getting my medicine refilled by Dr. Buckley over and over again. I have called Patient Relations in order to get a refill only to have problems again with her. I dislike her lack of empathy despite me having severe cardiovascular issues stroke and a host of other medical issues.. I only want to get my medicines so my health isn't adversely affected.

We love Dr. Buckley. She is kind and thoughtful with my Mom of 93. She is very thorough and always there when we need her.

She is a horrible doctor. I heard her ask another MD which is bigger mcg or mg. She does not research disorders. If it is a simple dx she is fine but not a good at diagnosing the complex. I will never go back

Overall, I felt like if my problem had been an easily diagnosed one like strep throat or pneumonia she would have been ok. Unfortunately, my symptoms weren't easily diagnosed.This is what an md is for, to look deeper. Never went back to her. Felt like my feelings and symptoms were totally disregarded.

Doctor is easy to talk to but keeps on topic, not a lot of smalltalk. You need to be clear about your situation as she won't necessary dig - and shouldn't be expected to. As a result she keeps to a schedule.I'm satisfied.
