1 star for response to calls left on the required Vm. Left message mon at 915am. NO REURN CALL. Left another re needing appt for in jury. . So went to another physician who made earliest appt. I have now been treated but not by my PCP. Not the first time the office staff has "dropped the ball ." So happy I had an alternative for promp treatment.

Dr Casper is without a doubt the best PCP/Family Dr in or around Decatur. She is kind, courteous, outgoing and as efficient as can possibly be in such a busy location (Decatur). She actually cares and does her best to give you the time you deserve. Her personality, knowledge and bedside manner are as good as it gets! If she or another Dr in the Wise Family Urgent Care Clinic accept your insurance then you'd be wise to go to her! I have seen her dozens of times as have my wife and kids and not once has she ever entered the room in a bad mood or distant in any way. She is just amazing! Garry R from Decatur, TX
