Dr. Kent Landon Mitchell, MD

Dr. Kent Mitchell is an outstanding, very professional family practise and Pain Management specialist . I am a retired ICU Registered Nurse who has worked closely with hundreds of doctors, and I can say he is one of the most professional, and personable and caring !!!!

Dr. Mitchel has a good bedside manner. And his staff is very friendly. I am glad to be a patient here

I believe he could care less about anything you have to say about how you feel... He looks at the info on you, makes his assessment from that and sees no value in your words... I also believe he's scared to death to write prescriptions for pain medicine until you go through other options as "suggested" by the government... I wouldn't recommend anyone needing pain medicine to see this man... He'll make you feel like a "Junkie" or somebody that just wants to get drugs from him and then sell them...

He's the best I've seen. Very caring and helpful.

I've been a patient of Dr Mitchell's since 2010. Dr Mitchell is Outstanding. The problem is his office staff. They aren't helpful & very rude. The patients all complain about the office staff in the waiting room. It's impossible to call the office & speak with a REAL person. If you're lucky enough to speak with someone..they aren't helpful at all. If things don't change, I will find another pain management doctor.

Staff is rude, never returns calls, charges insurance wrong. 2 hr wait 3 times.

For the first time, I found a doctor that will take the time to listen to me. Dr. Mitchell's bedside manner is incredible. He is very kind and understanding but also is direct and honest. Finally, I am getting the help I need.

Took almost two months to get an appointment. Waited for just under an hour to be seen. When they called me back, they also called three other patients back at the same time and proceeded to drop us off at different rooms. The gal with asymmetrical bob haircut was rude to one of the other patients who was looking for the light switch on the wall of the room she told her to go into. She curtly told her, "Just walk in and the light will come on". She wasn't friendly about it at all. The waiting area was freezing cold and the television was blaring loud. Dr. Mitchell was kind enough, but he could certainly use a change of front end personnel to reflect more professionally on his practice.
