She is fantastic!

I must say, Dr. Cho is just wonderful. She's so fun, and really cares about not just you, but your whole family. I actually enjoy going to see the Doctor now. Her and her staff are just a really fun group and I end up laughing every time I'm there.

I thank her for her help with my surgery in 2014. She was kind, professional and prompt! I wanted to see her again for my pregnancy and found out her clinic was closed and contacted Northwest Hospital about this today. They emailed me as follows.: My understanding is that Dr. Cho is still practicing at Northwest Hospital but that the clinic Northwest Obstetrics and Gynecology is closed. I have seen Dr. Cho for 15 plus years and just called to make an appointment to find she has closed that practice. Any help in locating her would be appreciated. She was the most caring, the most thorough of anyone in any practice I've seen in 20 years.

Best doctor I have ever had.

Compassionate, caring, brilliant physician who listens to me carefully and do not hesitate to refer me for second opinion. I was told to under go a gynecology surgery by another doctor and she told me, I do not need a surgery. She was able to treat me with diet modification and exercise. Highly recommend her for both OB and Gynecology problems.

At first glance, Dr. Cho is a warm and caring doctor, but after a few visits I found her to be the complete opposite. She is rude, dismissive, and incompetent. This is my story: On a Thursday night I took an at home pregnancy test and got a faint positive (my first pregnancy). The next morning, I had another faint positive, so I called the office to make an appt to see Dr. Cho immediately. I have PCOS and a kidney that does not function properly so I wanted to see her right away. The secretary told me to wait a week and take another pregnancy test. She also stated that Dr. Cho was on vacation for the following week. That Saturday, I started bleeding, so I called the emergency line to speak to Dr. Cho. She was completely dismissive of my concerns and told me to come to the office on Monday. By Monday, the faint lines had disappeared. I did a blood test at the office and she also ordered an ultrasound (at 4 weeks pregnancy). The next day, as I anxiously awaited the results, she… started going through test results that I had taken the previous year (Vitamin D, etc). Finally she said, "and you're not pregnant". When I asked her if I had miscarried, she said, no you were not pregnant. I asked if there is a possibility that it was a chemical pregnancy and she said "What's a chemical pregnancy?" I was appalled both by her misdiagnosis and her dismissive demeanor. I asked about the symptoms I had had, and she said that "women don't get pregnancy symptoms until 12 weeks pregnancy". I have since seen another doctor who assured me that I was indeed pregnant. If you are trying to become pregnant and have any concerns about miscarriage, I highly recommend you find another doctor.

She was very caring and nice at my first visit. At my second visit, I had some questions about the exams that she was planning to do and I don't feel comfortable doing the exam. She got very upset and was very impolite. She even said that she doesn't have time to explain every exam to me because she's very busy!! Anyways, I'm glad I saw this side of her during my early stage of pregnancy.

Dr. Cho is a very professional and caring OBGYN. She is experienced and knows exactly what each patient needs. I would recommend her any day of the week. I actually LOOK forward to my appointments!
