Dr. Denise Marcelle Ferrando, MD

I have been going to Denise since my first child was born in 1987, She delivered me 2 Beautiful babies.. I would not change a thing:)

Dr. Ferrando herself is okay, I guess, when you FINALLY get to see her. The office staff is extremely rude and you will have to wait at least a half hour past your scheduled time to be called back to an exam room. Then you will have to wait another 10 minutes in the room for the doctor to actually see you, then she wants to make small talk and ask about all you have done in the past year and what your plans are for the next year. Small talk is good and all, but when you're already running everyone late, skip the chit chat and do the stupid exam! She also doesn't explain anything, the whole appointment is spent talking about anything but the exam, I would actually appreciate a doctor who focuses on what she is doing and takes time to explain to me whether everything is all right or not. With everything combined, this office is just a terrible choice. I would note recommend her to others if they asked me.

Dr. Ferrando provided excellent care for me for over 20 years. She has an amazing bedside manner, and truly cares for the healthcare of her patients. It is with great regret that in moving to another state I will no longer be in her care. She is an amazing physician!

One of the members of her staff is very careless when it comes to patients and she usually really never deals with them, but when she does she is very rude.

She didn't have me come back for a whole bunch of testing and follow up appointments!!

Dr Ferrando has been my GYN since 2002, I wouldnt go any where else, she tells me like it is and doesn't jump into surgery, she is very conservative. Which I like . She is a female so I feel she can relate to most of my Gynecological problems !!!!

Dr Ferrando was the only doctor for 7 long years that I had been searching for a diagnosis that listened to me and said I was right that there was something there that had to be taken care of. Can't say enough good things about her.

i went to denise ferrando for a routine pap.test and ended up with a bad infection from un clean tools!!I called them and because i had started my cycle they couldnt see me.i was sore for two weeks!!i went to another doctor and they were more than willing to help me!i had to get on strong antibiotics to make sure it got rid of everything,and hope thats all i got!!im still waiting on results.(she was a nice lady,just dont know what went wrong)
