Dr. Denise Puthuff, MD

My daughter, husband, & I have been patients of this practice since it began about 20 years ago. I see Dr. Puthuff and I could not ask for a more knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable physician. She is patient and kind in explaining issues and answering questions. She doesn’t rush you and listens to your concerns. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Puthuff. The other providers there are also wonderful and I have always found the front office staff to be patient, helpful, and polite. I’m so grateful to be a patient in this practice and I have been in healthcare for 40 years so I do know the difference. Thank you Dr. Puthuff & all of Brownsboro Dermatology. 5 stars across the board!

Only criticism might be that a few times she hasn't been as aggressive as perhaps she could have been when treating a few spots.

I struggled with cystic acne for over ten years and had seen and tried just about every dermatologist in town. On my first visit, Dr. Puthuff prescribed one medication that completely eliminated the occurence of new acne. She really listens to patients and take the time to address and educate them about their concerns. She is the best dermatologist in Louisville.
