Long term patient and I have never waited past my time to be seen - it's actually usually a few minutes early! Everyone on the staff from receptionist to other medical staff has always been friendly and professional. Dr Cassis has always been prompt/thorough/and professional! I've seen several dermatologists over the years and rate her as the best.You will not be sorry.

No long waits, correct diagnosis, pleasant caring staff. In and out quickly with great care!

I was seen by Dr. Heather something even though I made the appt w/ Dr. Cassis. I filled out the new patient forms online and faxed copies of my insurance card before arriving to the appt that morning, however, they said they never received the fax. Once I was in the exam room the doctor never once looked closely at my face or the things I tried to bring to her attention. All she did was tell me she ‘d prescribe some face wash and that the front desk would call me to schedule an appt in 3 months. Turns out, they never called to make the next appt and I couldn’t get my prescriptions because just the face wash alone was over $350 and I’m a college student living on my own (which I told the doctor).

Charges twice the amount for injections as other clinics and didn't even get Results from injections and had to go elsewhere to have the Botox done correctly! When I called and complained they had no response for my dissatisfaction!!!!

staff was not friendly! Dr cassis is rude and judge mental! Would not recommend her to anyone!!!!!! She injected dysport and didn't give me enjoy went back 2 weeks later and only gave me 3 more units! Still no difference in lines!!! Said lines would still be there and my response was I thought this was purpose of an injectable to to have lines!

I would not RECOMMEND HER or her STAFF. If my receptionist even acted like this she wouldn't represent my company . READ THE REVIEWS OMG Fire her .. I couldt even get my prescriptions sent over to the Pharmacy. I have no time for Stupid .. Don't take there advice and go to Norton Commmons Pharmacy its a Joke as well.. You all can have Nortons Commons its to RUDE for me. When your 15 year old whom was the patient says they were not nice at all That is enough said.. Dr Cassis you should be checking your staff.. Great overall experience

Do not expect a warm welcome from the receptionists at this office when making a phone call or an appointment. They are not interested in being friendly towards the patients. I think I will look for another doctor that employs people that will appreciate their patients and treat them with respect.

THe decisions she made about my case were well outside of her field of specialty. Especially since she took any information I had any chance to give her and came to conclussion that were provided to her as if by other people.
