Dr. Stephen Zalmon Smith, MD

Tried to see Dr Smith but the wait time is too great. Something wrong in this office when you have to wait over two(2) hours to finally be seen by the doctor. I asked the receptionist if these long wait times was common and she said yes. Too many other options out there for patients to have to be miss treated in such a manner. Don't waste your time. Find another doctor

Have been seeing Dr. Smith for several years at the recommendation of my MDVIP doctor who also sees him. He is thorough and aggressive in treatment and does most procedures in one visit...no return call required for me

He is the choice of other physicians should they have a need for this speciality. Top doc by any standard. Incredibly hard worker who calls you with lab results himself. An 8:45 AM appointment means that you might be out of there by 10:30 or 11:00 AM. I won't even consider an afternoon appointment under any circumstances.This is very frustrating. A patient must decide for him/herself if this is tolerable. Although I have not been treated rudely by his staff, they are a very cold bunch, for sure!

I love this doctor especially after such horrible experiences with previous. He even called me personally to give my test results.

I really like Dr Smith. He's Great. His receptionist is the worst ever. She is rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Someone is over booking his appointments. Waits can be up to 2 hours and even if you get a early morning appointment there can be a wait.

i have been seeing dr. smith about 35 years. i would not consider any other dermatologist as long as dr. smith is in practice. my husband and i could not think more highly of him. he is brilliant. always lets you know the results of a lab test as soon as he knows. he realizes that patients are anxious to know.never acts as if if he has his hand on the doorknob when you have questions.

Dr. Smith is courteous and takes his time with you. He will explain diagnosis, treatment and ask if you have any questions. He does seem to run behind at times, but when he enters your treatment room, you are his main focus at that time. He always let you feel you are his number one patient. Some of the workers at the desk are rude. I didn't like how the one front office girl treated one of the workers there, she was very rude. I don't know her name, but I know what she looks like.

Dr. Smith is very professional, caring, compassionate and has an "excellent" bedside manner. He takes his time and explains what he is doing before he does it. I have unusually senstive skin and along with the prescription, he provided me a sample before I filled the prescription. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith!!!

Dr Smith is very professional and the best dermatologist I have seen. He takes time to answer and explain questions about my problems. When treating me he takes care in causing the least pain possible. I would highly recommend Dr.Smith.
