Dr. Denise Marie Schumacher, MD

Dr. Rondeau is one of the best. She's very knowledgeable as well as compassionate. Past my child bearing years, I've been seeing her for post-menopausal issues. She has never made me feel that my problems were too small to be bothered with. She is quick to respond to any issues I have had, and has always dealt with everything in a very professional manner. I have recommended her to everyone who has asked about an OB-GYN.

I was referred to dr rondeau from the sanford ER. I suffered a missed mc and I was told to see her to schedule a d&c due to severe pain and bleeding. When we saw her she told us we were absolutely ridiculous in wanting to get pregnant again Bc of only being clean from addiction for 6 months. She prescribed my pain meds and after surgery I asked for a refill but her nurse said that she didn't want to trigger my heroin addiction possibly. She was absolutely rude, did not even tell my husband much during the surgery process, and she didn't want to look into genetic testing or anything. Do not go to her. She's horrible, judgmental, and lazy

My husband and I would recommend Dr. Rondeau to ANYONE! Our 1st pregnancy we had twins that ended in complications and us lossing both of them. During that time Dr. Rondeau always made sure she came in and visited with us every morning during the hopsital stay and would let us know what to expect for the day, and she was always right on. Our 2nd pregnancy ended in a healthy baby boy. We of course were very concerned during this pregnancy and Dr. Rondeau always took the time to comfort us and let us know what was going on. She is very upfront and always has an answer. She was recommended to us by a family member and we have recommeneded her to many of our friends and everyone is very happy with her!

Dr. Rondeau is very personable and easygoing. She always gives me an opportunity to ask questions during the appointment. She is very straightforward and tells it like it is, which I appreciate. She is very thorough in regard to the annual exam as well as for preventive medicine. Getting an appointment can be very difficult. Be prepared to schedule it a year in advance. When closer to your appointment date, avoid rescheduling because the next open slot can be much further in the future.

Dr. Rondeau is the ultimate - she's the unoffical twins specialist in Fargo and lots of my fellow Mothers of Multiples friends agree - she's great...very cautious, never assuming, very direct about risks, very clear about her expectations of the mom, and very kind. We have just moved away and I am considering the 3-hour drive (one way) for my annual exams. She really is excellent.
