She follows up with her patients and explains her care . She also never rushes and allows me explain how I’m feeling.

I have been her patient for more than 10 years. She is progressive in her diagnoses and treatment. Dr. Patterson is a caring professional, who is patient--taking the time to answer questions. She has a gentle way of encouraging you to do better with your health. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson.

Dr. Patterson is great. Within every appointment she'll take the time to talk about what you're there for and work up a plan and answer any questions you have. However it seems like her case load is a little heavy. This shouldn't come as a shock with a good PCP but it does affect how much she's able to retain between appointments (she forgot what I was there for and what she'd ordered a few times). I've also sat in the exam room for an extended period sometimes waiting because her prior appointment was really milking her ears (more on that). But once she gets up to speed she's on point. The office (Virtua Pennsauken) also leaves something to be desired. The staff are mostly great and professional, however the check-in process is a little chaotic. It's easy for people to get lost in the shuffle and cut in line. The walls are thick, but the ventilation system isn't very conducive to privacy. I've overheard very clearly what was going on in the next room.

I was not feeling well and went to the hospital. The emergency room could not find anything. I still was not feeling well so I called Dr. Donee on a Holiday and she was able to diagnose me while on the phone. Great Doctor.

I feel the same, she's the best...so sad she left the crozer network
