Dennis S. Apfel, D.D.S., has more than 20 years of experience as a dentist. He earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the New York University Dental School in 1976 and practiced in Manhattan for more than 15 years. While in New York, Dr. Apfel practiced at both the well-respected Tower Dental Suite in the Chrysler Building and for his father, Dennis S. Apfel, D.D.S., in Brooklyn. He also ran a clinic for the uninsured for the Candy Worker's Union at Interfaith Hospital and he was a member of the Downtown Dental Study Club.
Dr. Apfel, his wife of over 20 years, Sandi, and their three children, relocated to Central Florida in 2000 and opened Dennis S. Apfel Dental Practice in Winter Park. Dr. Apfel is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Central District Dental Society, and the Greater Orlando Dental Society. He is licensed in both New York and Florida and is …board certified in dentistry.
