Dr. Dennis Hsucheng Chang

The service I received at their office was responsive and very professional. The day of the surgery their were no glitches in admittance and I was prepared and told what would be going on. I felt save knowing the surgical team knew what they were doing.

Dr. Chang was informative and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions regarding a hip replacement. His expertise and compassion was a stellar combination! Although my surgery is just being scheduled...I can honestly say that I have found someone that I can work with and who I feel comfortable with!

went to dr chang for revision developed a contacture 2 weeks post! he never addressed it, still cannot walk post 4 years! his last comments to me ," your knee is perfect ,everything is perfect i only do perfect work!!!

I knew what we were going to do going into the surgery with Dr. Chang spending time with me to explain the surgical approach. The procedure went well and my recovery was quick. He has a good team and had a good experience with Rose Medical. I am now a year post replacement and play golf and do everything I used to do without pain. Don't put the surgery off the only thing you have to lose is the pain.

Dennis replaced both my hips over the last three years, and it is great to be mobile again. I was up and walking the same day, and there have been no after effects except some nerve numbness around the incisions, and a sudden urge to do stuff I have been unable to do for years, like flag with my boys. I have been treating orthopedic patients in the Denver area for over 20 years. If I have to have a total knee or hip, I will go to Dr. Chang. His patients recover quickly. He is a skilled surgeon and I highly recommend him. He is quite simply The Best in total joint replacement.

I disagree entirely with those who say Dr. Chang has no "bedside manner". I found him dignified, professional and responsive to my questions. I recommend him to anybody searching for a serious surgeon. I will rate his clinical skills after I have completed my TKR.

as a former surgical scrub nurse, I am used to different personalities and observable skill levels. Dr Chang cannot be described as "warm and fuzzy" but his skill level and required rehab and end result far surpasses any I have seen. His weekly contact with the rehab team regarding patient progress is unheard of and shows his deep concern for his patients even if he does not verbalize it to them directly. I have a friend who had had 3 knee repairs ( my another surgeon who just loved his bedside manner) and her knee still hurts and buckles out from under her periodically) I will always choose skill over other attributes. Wouldn't you?
