Misdiagnosed poorly. I believe he just wanted to get the money off an easy surgery. Still have the same pain years later... did NOT have an inguinal hernia. the convenient thing about inguinal hernias is that they're hard to prove as existing. But... solid questioning and diagnosing of symptoms should had lead to a proper diagnosis. Horrible surgery recovery and lots of money spent later, and i'm not better and real issue hasn't been addressed. I would never trust this surgeon again.

He was excellent in comforting family and my little boy before and after surgery!! Flawless procedure and we were home in no time.

Throughout my entire experience, Dr. Eschete has been the absolute best physician. He is caring and calm. He makes my smallest accomplishments seem as big as the Pacific Ocean. He makes me feel comfortable with his incredible bedside manner. He makes me feel like I'm just as important as any other patient he deals with . I would recommend him to the world which is why I am doing this! Love my physician!!!!! #1 Doctor in Lafayette for what he does. Oh and his staff is awesome too! Ok Im done!! :)

I would recommend Dr. Eschete to family and friends, hands down. He is an excellent physician/surgeon. He takes time to explain everything to you, as the patient, and also to any inquiring family members. He has excellent bedside manners and excellent skills. He left me with very minimal scars. He truly considers the patients well being for the current time and in the future! If I ever need another surgery, I will return to Dr. Eschete.
