Dr. Foley has been instrumental in my development of what it looks like to be an excellent therapist. He is patient, great at listening, and respectful. Whatever the topic, Dr. Foley can impressively contribute to deeper understanding, confidence to apply it, and energy that keeps you wanting to learn more. He has a genuine way of inviting others to believe more in themselves, and strength in himself to be open to learn from others, as well.

Dr. Foley is the greatest therapist I've ever been to. He is so patient, empathetic, understanding, and professional. The growth I experienced in the 4 years with him was so amazing and I recommend him to all my friends and family. I can't say enough positive things about him because he's responsible for helping me create the life I love so much.

This provider is a sexual deviant who sexually exploits his clients for his own gratification! He has seriously harmed his patients. He has settled a lawsuit for a significant amount (that cannot be disclosed) to avoid further consequences. He has been formally disciplined by the licensing agency and is currently on a probation status (after serving a suspension of his license). He is currently practicing under supervision. He does not accept responsibility for his actions and is thereby still a danger to the public. He violates HIPPA and talks to his clients about other clients. He documents in a manner that is convenient to him attempting to cover up his misconduct.

Dr. Foley is highly skilled, ethical and very sensitive as a therapist.
