From start to finish the staff was great. Doctor Harris and Telisa were so kind. I was a nervous wreck and he didn't brush it off like some doctors would. He took time to explain the injection in detail. His bed side manner was outstanding. Very patient. I asked him to be gentle and he did just that. Telisa was very sweet as well, told me I was doing well reassured me the whole time. I am pleased with the process. Now to go home and rest. Thank you Dr. HARRIS AND TEAM!

Dr. Dennis Harris performed my first L4 transforaminal epidural steroid injection recently, and the experience was very positive. I had some anxiety going into the procedure, but Dr. Harris explained what he was doing as he performed the injection, which made the entire process much more comfortable than I expected. The procedure room staff were professional and worked efficiently as a team, documenting the procedure and operating the imaging equipment while Dr. Harris carefully guided the injection using fluoroscopic imaging. It was clear that patient safety and precision were priorities. I have been a patient at the clinic for several months and primarily see the nurse practitioner, Ms. Jenkins, for follow-up care. From my experience, Dr. Harris focuses his time on performing procedures, and his expertise in pain management is evident. I appreciated his calm approach and clear communication during the procedure. So far the injection appears to be helping my symptoms, and I’m… grateful for the care I received.

The visit went very good. It was less painful than anticipated and Dr. Harris talked me through every step explaining the procedure. The nurses were friendly and very helpful through everything.

Dr. Harris is an excellent practitioner. He is especially skilled in doing procedures, and has multiple nurse practitioners, PAs and others who provide the bulk of follow up care. Of course in today’s modern medicine you don’t get to see him as much as you wish, but I have always been able to see him when I request it. I have known him for more than 25 years. Every NP I have had has been very well trained, caring, and responsive. They spend time with me, and are supportive when the going is full of fear and pain. Like all excellent pain practices they have a Pain Contract to protect you from abuse, and make sure you know the rules. There are times when they are extremely busy, and the wait times can be a bit long, but I consider that part of allowing for everyone to get good care when they need it. My NP Cetessa Mac is excellent, and much appreciated. She consults with Dr. Harris as often as needed and as part of their team process. The portal is a mixed… blessing, but generally helps communication, and allows for more health information to be transferred. I readily recommend this practice to others, and cannot imagine how I would have made it without them. Be an active participant in your own team, educate yourself, use the Curable app, and speak up if something doesn’t seem right. There is help for dealing with pain!

After going to this doctors office for over 5 years in feb 2020 i got a call that i was discharged. The letter i got didnt even give an explanation why. In the time that i went there i only saw this dr maybe 3 times face to face. Seems like all they wanted to do was put needles in my spine and thats not happening. I already have enough nerve damage from spina bifida why would i wanna do more damage. So now im just left with no help from this dr. If you call in to reschedule an appt. You get treated like a criminal. You have to be there no matter if you have to crawl. But then his workers can stay home any day they want. If you can find a dr. Somewhere else i highly recommend you do.
