When I found a tiny lump in my mastectomy scar line, without biopsy, he said it was scar tissue. It's nothing he said. I went to my plastic surgeon which he removed it. Was invasive ducal carcinoma. BREAST CANCER Returned!! Was imbedded in the scar tissue. 72 rounds radiation and 5 rounds chemo. That was 6 yrs ago

First I will say that the staff in the Chemotherapy clinic are amazing. Caring, giving, attentive and informative. My rating reflects the care received from Dr Hilliard and his admin staff. Dr Hilliard and his staff are totally unacceptable. Absolutley no bedist manner, doesn't even greet you when he walks into the room. Stands with his back to you while reading the file and only provides details of the reports or gives you a copy of a report when asked. No follow up unless prompted by the patient, had to ask for a follow up CT scan after rounds of chemo to treat cancer. When the patient was hospitalized after serious complications from the chemo treatment, he never called to inquire of his well being or came to see the patient...we got better care and concern from the hospital Dr. Unfortunately, my family has had to have ongoing relationships with numerous oncologists.....he seriously needs to consider changing specialities if this is the best he can give to his patients.
