Dr. Derek Quintin Chapman, MD

Dr. Chapman is a fraud and will leave you undiagnosed and untreated even after you tell him constantly that something is wrong. I had to go to another doctor who took one look and found the problem. It was so bad to the point I was about to go to the ER due to "Dr" Chapman's negligence and unwillingness to help me. I've been a patient for 11 years and seen this place go down the drain. Even the nurses are terrible now. Unprofessional, don't pay attention and are incompetent. I will never go back to this place.

I have been with this practice for 10 years. I think both doctors are great. I however am a patient of Dr. Chapmans, he is wonderful and considerate and has always gone above and beyond for me. I do like his staff i do not recall her name but she has a raspy voice and she has been so helpful. I am so glad she is still with them.

THE DOCTOR IS GREAT THE STAFF IS THE PROBLEM THEY ARE RUDE IN THE OFFICE AND ON THE PHONE, ITS LIKE YOUR TALKING WITH A ZOMBIE, THEY HAVE NO FEELINGS OR REMORSE,,,,TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE AND SHOULD I HAVE TO SAY IT AGAIN TERRIBLE STAFF
