Dr. De Shawndranique Gray, MD

Dr. Gray has been seeing me for over 6 years. She has wonderful bedside manner and a staff pthat is also passionate about women's health and overall wellbeing.

Dr. Gray is an Awesome doctor. Keeps it honest and does not sugar coat things when it come to your health.

I feel that it very unprofessional for staff to sit amongst themselves and discuss a patient issues as if she wasn't sitting there. I recommend Dr Gray to my niece because she was great for me and my daughter. When i ask my niece how was her experience all she could say is how rude and unprofessional the staff and Dr Gray were because she was unaware of what to expect from her pap and they made here feel some type of way having her first pap at a late age .Their tone also set her off but she didn't no what to expect or alot about her family history. Dont assume every patient is educated about health issues.Be professional and compassionate and walk them through the steps.

Dr. Gray was very personable and compassionate. She makes you feel welcomed and takes the time to answer your questions. Her nurse on the other hand is not very approachable and seems to just be there for her check.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. On my first visit I was hit with a clipboard by the nurse because I threw away a changing gown. On my second visit I was told to take off all of my clothes but wasn’t given a gown by the same nurse who was mad about the gown I threw away last time. I expressed to Dr. Gray about how I didn’t like how I was being treated and response was I didn’t need a gown for my exam and the nurse doesn’t say “take off all your clothes.” She completely ignored my complaint about being hit with the clipboard and immediately became defensive. No customer service and no professionalism. I will never return.

I started going to Dr Gray in 2016 with my second child which was a suprise pregnancy. She was amazing and made me feel like family. I love the entire staff. Im now pregnant with baby #3 and she is once again assisting with my care for this baby and the love and attention that she has for her patients does not change. I wouldnt change Doctors for anything. I'll pay any cost to be with her and the staff. Im know as "favorite". All thought i cant wait to have this little beautiful stinker my visits will be short next year. It will only be for my annual.

My visit to Dr. Gray was by far the most humilating experience I have ever had in a female Dr.office. First Impression to me is everything and i was not impressed. She was real short and dry and very unapprocahable as well as the office staff. I waited 30 minutes before she came in to visit with me and before she came in I could hear her having a conversation in the hallway about what she was going to buy at Walmart for a party, VERY TACKY and DISTASTEFUL. As a black female I thought I would be able to relate with her but I was way wrong. My ultimate goal was to find a doctor close to me well she is not it, I honestly dont think this is the profession for her. And to the person in the pryor comments you must be related to her because there is nothing GREAT about her or her office. This is a honest review please dont believe the comments on the other reviews because you will be very disappointed
