Dr. Desiree Harris, MD

Dr. Harris has been taking care of both of my children all of their lives (12 and 14 years respectively). She is attentive, thorough, and sensitive to the needs of my children. Both my children and myself will be disappointed when they reach the age that they can no longer receive primary care prevention from Dr. Harris. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Harris is a great listener. She adapts to a more homeopathic treatment should you request it. She believes in prevention. Has a great rapport with my child. Asks in depth questions. While her schedule is hectic, she gives you her full attention when it's your turn. We went through 4 pediatricians before we landed in her practice 8 years ago.

We couldn't have asked for a better doctor!

Dr Harris is a great Doctor . I choose her when my 3rd child was born. She is always caring and if you have to wait at your appointment it's because she gives everyone time to share any concerns , Not just one main concern like most Doctors. I left her for a year because I changed insurance. I had a bad experience with another Doctor and switched my plan back and came running back. I told my self I would never do that again. Thank You Doctor Harris for taking care of my babies when I didn't know how !!!!! Going on 9years now, many more to go.

dr harris is very caring and attentive ,her personalize manner appeals me to where that is the primary reason she's still by kids pediatrican for 7yrs and going ,her humanity makes her stand out ,where others lack .

Dr Harris is great, very very caring BUT her office staff leaves much to be desired. Her recptionist rolls her eyes and huffs every time the phone rings and always sounds like you're bothering her. They WAY overschedule appts as i have never been there and gotten in in under an hour. I've even been the "first" appt and it still taken 2 hours to be seen. My biggest problem is her Lead Nurse, she is RUDE and doesnt care one bit about the patients. She's the only one allowed to advise over the phone and all she'll ever tell you is due to liablity reasons she cant advise you. Its such a crock. If it wasnt for how much we like Dr Harris we'd have been gone a long time ago. She needs to ditch the witch and jerk a knot in the tail of the rest of her staff and remind them that those annoying patients are the ones who pay thier checks.
