Dr. Devin N Boss, DO

We had Dr. Boss after an urgent care visit turned into an emergency room visit with a scary idea of diagnosis. He worked so hard to keep from doing the most invasive test. He left no stone unturned and check in on her often. He made sure we were involved in her care plan and did what made us all comfortable and got her feeling better in the end. We’re so thankful for him!

Saw him in emergency room. He'd already decided what was wrong with me before any tests. (He was wrong, test confirmed it.) He wouldn't listen to me and kept interrupting and talking over me. He only did the one test. The nurse told me the result was back, but I lay there for three more hours, never seeing another staff member, before being discharged. By the nurse - I never saw doctor Boss again. None of the staff ever asked me what medications I was on, nor asked my medical history. The one shot I received turned out to be contraindicated for people with seizure disorders - which I have. The staff were friendly, but the doctor is a rude know-it-all with a terrible bedside manner! I'd give a negative rating if it allowed! I won't be going back to Mercy's emergency room.
