Dr. Devina Ashvin Shah, MD

Dr Shah sees you but, never has you do tests but, never calls pts for results. If fact, she doesn't even follow up, to get pts results. Her office and she doesn't know the procedure for referrals and once you finally get a referral for specialists, she doesn't know how to proceed. Neither does the staff. So in other words if you have to see a specialist good luck ! . The reviews claim she has 40 years experience, but maybe knowledgeable in other fields besides medicine. It is a shame to have doctors practice with the lack of professionalism especially if you develop a serious illness. She can be good for a cold but, be careful with any other disease. Very bad experience oh but, also be careful for the bills you get in mail, without being seen by Dr Shah. For some reason, you get a bill even if you haven't seen the Dr.

Doctor's staff is nice, but not sure if staff knows how to proceed in getting pt correct information . Pt has to ask for results if , pt doesn't know what to ask Doctor for, Dr will just depend on an undependable staff. So Dr blames pt , then staff blames dr and they all toss the ball around.

Very unprofessional as new patient I called one week before for my annual for papsmears I waited 1hr and 30munites plus my child was with me then she told me was not emergency I have to waits for another appointment I said what the point having a annual check up for today really is very inlogical. I am a medical assistant I know how it work at clinics but she have no heart for patients.
