Dr. Neeraj Jain, MD

Extremely disappointed with this practice and Dr. Jain. He did a procedure on my dad‘s neck that was supposed to help his pain but it actually has made it intensely worse for almost 8 weeks now. No answers on how to help this are given and he doesn’t call patients or return phone calls. Then my dad was in the hospital over the weekend, got released on Monday and drove 45 minutes on oxygen to see Dr. Jain so that he can get some help with this pain. Dr. Jain was “running behind” and my dad‘s oxygen was running low so he finally left after an hour and a half of waiting and never saw the doctor. No apologies are given, no one seems to care about this inconvenience nor the intense pain my dad is in. This is completely unacceptable and I am advising my dad to find a new doctor. I do NOT recommend anyone go here.

this docter suggested a stimulater and what i got was different it was a d script and all that time after he never said one thing .kept on doing his meds and exsperiment.18 yrs later i had my own xrays done in 2013.also a wheel chair was perscribed ,then it wasn't approved.

Pinnacle Pain belongs to Jain- it is junky heaven. If you are looking to score opioids - this is the place. If you want to get better, look elsewhere

I was referred to him. He does not examine you. He does not know how to diagnose either. My spine surgeon that I am seeing now was telling me all these injections he did on me was to make money. He gave me anesthesia and apparently got poked 5 times on each side of my spine for a disc bulge. my spine surgeon said all i need was 1 poke! he is out to make money

Scheduling sucks big time! My husband was scheduled for 2 procedures 1 week apart, both for 6:00am. On both occasions we arrived on time with several other patients. His procedure did not start until 2 1/2 hours later. Patients are piling up in the waiting room and inside procedure room which were just divided by curtains so you can hear everyone’s business which is a violation of your privacy right there! Because it was too early and not enough chairs in their filthy waiting room, I had to sit in the parking lot in my car. Meanwhile my husband called me from his “room” around 8:56am to tell me his procedure has not started yet! I called and spoke to Jessica who refused to identify herself if she is office manager or clinical supervisor. I questioned their scheduling system. She said that Iam not the patient so I cannot complain. I said, well, your patient who is my husband who is lying down in the waiting room called me that he is still waiting there! It is so deceiving that their… office is located in this building in Hinsdale,IL but such poor services from the staff. One good thing is the doctor was real nice and attentive. The shortcomings of his staff is not his fault.

Nasty front office staff , typical scheduled appt. WILL be delayed by no less than one hour , fails to listen , an absolute nightmare.

Worse run doctor's office I have ever been to. Have never seen Dr. Jain since I've been there. Told he only does procedures now. Been there 5 times and I'm had the worst experience, I'm in pain all the time and they don't listen, just nodd their head.

He's untrustworthy and not professional with his beside manner nor has any respect for others needs.

I've been in horrible pain and have seen several doctors, Dr Jain was able to identify the real source of my pain and after a successful procedure I feel great!

Wonderful staff physician and physician assistant very knowledgeable and professional.
