This doctor was not only routinely cold and dismissive toward my beloved cousin, she completely ignored her medical concerns at her last visit. In doing so, she missed the testing and treatment needed for an acute illness that she had, which unfortunately advanced into something much more complicated and ultimately caused her death. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR-SHE IS UNCARING AND DANGEROUS.

As a new patient I expected the Doctor to do some type of a physical exam. She thought one of my diagnosis was a misprint and called the diagnosis something more common. And completely incorrect. She was unfamiliar with the condition, and since she not take her own computer notes did not bother to look it up.

Best doctor EVER - she doesn't let me get away with anything....

The office staff is trained with professionalism in all aspects of a caring office. I have never been to a doctors office where everyone remembers you and you are treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Ben zeev is a caring doctor and I am so proud to have her as my internist. I highly recommend this dr.

I give this provider an E-.The DR failed to report positive test results with the patient in a timely manner. The office staff making the call was rude and unprofessional. Very UNCARING and defensive. She accused me of lying. I feel I deserve proper respect and I expect the DR to DO HER JOB and provide care when applicable. I have seen this DR for illness for over a YEAR now, with nothing to show for it. I am still ill, and have to find a new doctor and re-take all the tests again. BEING WITH THIS DOCTOR IS A WASTE OF TIME.
