Horrible doctor that did not take any of my concerns seriously because I am young and overweight. Vomiting daily for almost a year is not a serious concern for this doctor. He also charged expensive and unnecessary treatments to my account, and then confirmed with my insurance that they were unnecessary leaving me with hefty medical bills. This doctor is a useless waste of space. Please consider finding another doctor that does not dismiss your symptoms!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BETTER DOCTORS. Kaswala is an arrogant and biased doctor. I went to him with the symptoms of what was later diagnosed (by another better doctor) as Gastroparesis and H. Pylori infection. He belittled me at every turn and assumed that because I smoke week I have cannabinoid hypermesis syndrome (weed sickness). After my upper endoscopy, he came to me before I had regained consciousness and said "it's the weed" and walked away. I repeat this was a FASLE diagnosis that kept me from the help I needed. He did not even ask me if I had the most tell-tale sign of taking hot baths or showers multiple times a day for relief. I did and do not... Whenever I called mentioning that my condition was worsening, I was met with contempt from the doctor as well as the miserable receptionists. Worst Doctor's office with horrible doctors. Save your money before wasting it all on the unnecessary tests because your "expert" doctor is too arrogant to listen to what you are saying.

Dr Kaswala is very intelligent as well as friendly with the patient. He spends time with the patient to make him comfortable and at ease to decide the follow-up action.
