Dr. Diana Honebrink, MD

I have two kids. We started taking them to Dr. Honebrink when they were pre-schoolers. She was so kind and really took the time to get down on their level and chat with them, not just mom or dad. After being out of the area for several years, we returned and brought our kids back to her. She remembered them and details about our family. The fact that she takes time to explain and clarify what your kids are seeing her for, that she gets on the floor at their level, that she takes time to build rapport and interact with the kids...she has been my kids' favorite doctor, as well as mine. I'm sorry a few people have had bad experiences there. There are two sides to every story, right? All I know is that my experiences with Dr. Honebrink have been excellent, and my kids are very comfortable with her. Even having to wait 10-20 minutes (rare) is worth it for a great pediatrician.

Dr. Honebrink has been our families pediatrician for 10 years! All 4 of my children see her. We love how she gets on the floor and really interacts with the kids. She is easy to talk to and never rushes. Sometimes there is a wait, but it's because she takes her time to know her patients. She is a beautiful person and a wonderful doctor!!

Dr. Honnebrink has taken excellent care of our two children. She has a wonderful blend of medical knowledge and personal empathy. She always takes a great deal of time to listen to our kids and us. We feel like she cares for our daughters the way she cares for her own children.

I made an appt with Dr. Honebrink as a new patient as the practice was highly recommended to me, I had originally requested another doctor with the practice but needed an appt right away as my 10 year old daughter had something lodged in her heel....we waited three weeks for the appt -- all the while with the foot issue of which I was told by the office to use mole skin or gel inserts when I had inquired if I should take my daughter to urgent care...so when we were 8 minutes late for the appt today and told to reschedule I couldn't believe what I was hearing....how can a doctor be so unkind and uncaring to send a little girl with a foot problem away without any attention! When I spoke with the doctor she told me that we can reschedule for another day or go to urgent care....which I had originally asked if we should previously....so with my daughter in their office they send her away to go to urgent care...which I am going to have to leave work for this afternoon to do because I cannot… wait another minute let alone another week to find out what is wrong with my daughter!!!

Our initial visit was great; other, than her nurse lacking personality. The ladies at the desk were very helpful, kind, and overall, welcoming. Dr. Honebrink connected with my toddler and spent time getting to know her and my other two kids. Two weeks later all three of my kids had strep throat and I called for an appointment. I was told she was booked and unavailable that day due to a staff meeting. (This is heresay, but it's there annual holiday party.) There are other doctors in the office, but when I asked what she recommended I do to have them checked she suggested I go to urgent care. Wow! BTW, never once did she get on the phone to try and help me. She was aware that we are new to the area. Anyway, I called back to ask about the dosage that was prescribed to my toddler and she said she wouldn't answer any questions because she didn't prescribe it. I phoned my previous pediatrician from another state who was able to help me. Apparently, Dr. Honebrink is too busy for… new patients or maybe she's too busy for sick ones.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Honebrink for well over a year now and I have to say compared to many of the other drs in tucson she is by far the best. She really truely cares about her patients. I have reccomended her to many of my friends with kids. I agree with all of the ratings and comments below. EXCELLENT DR thats all i can say about her

I drive over an hour because she is the best pediatrician. The doctor and staff are very nice and they know my daughter by name. Dr. Honebrink is very good at explaining things, answering questions, and she seems like she really enjoys her job.

Dr. Diana Honebrink, MD is a fantastic pediatrician! Besides being extremely friendly she does a great job explaining details making sure you have the facts. She gives adequate time, never feel she is in a rush, and cares about her patients. Great technology with updated records, charts, diagnoses and fact sheets to take home to review details or development milestones. Great staff.We have a great pediatrician and our kids enjoy going to the doctor office!We have been so pleased and have the best pediatrician in town.

Excellent Dr I drive over an hour so my daughter can see this dr. Everyone at this office is very very caring and and explains everything to me. Would drive from anywhere for this dr
