I love Dr. Huang!

Been going to her on recommendation but then found out that she has been misinforming me regarding conditions and prescription. Months after appointments, I will receive multiple billings for the same appointment. If you dont keep track or keep your bills/receipts, one would forget why and if you have paid already. The front desk girls are rude and disinterested. Left after years of misdiagnosis and found out later that I didn't need all these exams and procedures.

Tried calling the office but no one ever answers the phone. I leave a message, and no call back. I love my doctor but the front office who takes care of the phones should listen to messages and return the calls. How busy can you be that you can't answer the phone and unable to call back patients. Or maybe they just don't care.

I have a rare disease and if it weren't for Dr Huang taking the time to read my hand out on it and helping set things up during my pregnancy which I know that's how it works but when i say she went above and beyond she did. I have a 7 year old and now my 9 month old only with my newest addition that my rare disease reared its ugly head. I am thankful for her care and that giving birth at queens was perfect they knew what was going on she really ran the show. I have to say i love my OBGYN I was so scared and she helped calm my nerves. I recommend her to all my friends. Thank you Dr Diana Huang

There's no reminder call for annuals- or any appointments. My first time there they scheduled me for the next year and lost my appointment- just discontinued my prescription then - and took 3 months to get back in. My hormones were on roller coaster waiting. Busy office. Stressful experience. They had a nurse practitioner at one point who made the whole experience much more pleasant but not sure with the Doctor - I felt akward. I couldn't tell if she was laughing at me at one point because of my question as I'd never been to an ob/gyn before. Overall it's not a nice experience. It's 100% up to the patient to do all followup and schedule and make sure the office has you on schedule and doesn't lose your prescription and calls it in etc etc

They're always overbooked! Never on time. Barely get to speak with the doctor. Prescriptions are never on time, I make sure to get a refills so I can call it in myself. The front desk girls could care less about your questions or concerns. I'm currently looking for a new doctor.

Diana pressured me into a D&C minutes after finding my baby didnt have a heart beat. She told me to either get one done in office that day without anesthesia or to go to the hospital tomorrow and do it. She pushed for the D&C in office as I wouldn't have to go into the hospital 2hours before and stay 2hours after. When I got a second opinion that same day the experience was extremely different. I was told by that doctor that she refuses to diagnose my pregnant as nonviable as my baby was only 6mm. She wanted to wait a week and do the ultrasound again. When that that doctor jumped on the phone with Diana, Diana then asked to talk to mem. She said a second ultrasound was fine and to schedule it with her office. I then reminded her of the vacation she was taking and she told me Dr. Chang would be there. I told her I wanted to do the ultrasound at Kapiolani and she said it was fine just to schedule for an appointment with her office for right after. When I had asked her why she said "for… the D&C". There is a huge possibility that the baby inside me now infact is a nonviable pregnancy. But there are countless cases where a baby at 6mm shows no signs of a heart beat yet a week or two later will show one. She told me she was 100% that it was a nonviable pregnancy. When I had asked the second doctor for a percentage, like a professional, she refused to give me a percentage at such an early size.

Dr. Huang is kind and patience with great bedside manners. She shows compassion for medical issues and is very easy to discuss personal matters with.

Prescription meds not called in as promised! After calling the office and the drugstore, I was assured that the doctor would send in the prescription to the pharmacist...But, after the second trip to the drugstore, I still have no meds and the drugstore says that the doctor office did not respond to the faxes that were sent in yet :(

Dr. Huang is an excellent doctor. She will find and address any problems right away. Unfortunately, she is extremely lacking in bedside manner. The office appointments are always overbooked, so when you get in there is no time to talk. I had a list of questions to ask her, and she gave me one to two word answers. Not to mention she stood by the door the entire time. I am currently trying to find a new doc.
