Dr. Diana-Marie Frances Bibbs, MD

Although Dr. Bibbs is a competent physian, however this is positively the worst practice that I have ever been to in my life. They don't fill requests for prescription. Both myself and my pharmacy called numerous times to get prescriptions filled and they ignore the requests. They try to force you to come in every 6 months to get the billings and don't care about your actual health. They put my heath at risk by not filling prescriptions requests multiple times. This is the worst practice in the world. Stay far away.

EVERY TIME I GO TO THE OFFICE DR BIBBS IS ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND. WAY BEHIND ON AVERAGE GOING TO THE OFFICE IS ATLEAST A TWO HR DEAL NOT INCLUDING LABS!!!! I HATE IT THE ENDLESS WAITING THEN YOU HAVE TO ASK WHAT THE HOLD UP IS BECAUSE THE RECEPTIONIST WONT TELL YOU ANYTHING AND BELIEVE ME NO AMOUNT OF COMPLAINING CHANGES THIS IVE TRIED IVE BEEN A PATIENT THERE FOR YEARS THEY DONT CARE IF I WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT!!!DR BIBBS ALSO MAKES YOU COME IN UN-NECESSARILY FOR DUMB STUFF. EXAMPLE I NEEDED A REFILL FOR ITCH CREAM, I HAD TO GO INTO THE OFFICE FOR A VISIT? REALLY? ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS. THE ONLY REASON WHY I STAY THERE IS BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ARE ALL QUACKS, THIS WAY I JUST KKEP A FAMILIAR QUACK.

I take a safe blood pressure medication which is basically a $4/month diuretic. I lost my job and needed her to renew the prescription via phone. She refused and insisted I go to the office. She then did blood work on me and then I got my prescription. BUT it was only for three months. She said I would have to come back every three months.Then I got the bill in the mail for the blood work and office visit. I haven't worked in 14 months. I only eat once a day because I'm broke. My bill... $465.

Dr Bibbs is a very caring doctor. She is very gentle when she explains how a medical conditions could affect your body. She has a true concern about her patient's overall health. I would not trade her for the world.

Before finding Dr. Bibbs, I let my health concerns build and build for year. From a rash, to annual pap, to dizziness, to headaches, to past medical history concerns and a few more that I cannot remember. Before my appt, I was nervous that I would be repremanded for not taking care of myself. But what Dr. Bibbs did was took each concern I had, Examined it, educated me on each, and treated me accordingly. And every appt thereafter she has approached in the same mannor.
