Dr Portilla is an excellent dr but the office staff is the worse, they don't help you at all especially Luz Lopez the person in charge for referral if you don't give her all the information like npi, fax, phone number she is not able to look it up....I though they save all that info or as physician office they have access to get all that info faster that patients especially if you always request referral for regular follow ups

BEWARE!! MISDIAGNOSES patients. Unknowledgeable about patients' symptoms. Patient suffered a heart attack after doctor sent patient home!! Waiting time to be seen is atrocious ..not recommended to anyone!!!

The only two things I do not like is the waiting time in the waiting area when you have an appointment and also when your waiting to be seen once your brought back in the room after you are called. They need a better system but the Doctor herself is great. She is very friendly, professional,and takes time with her patients one on one.
