Dr Chien was absolutely incredible. I could not say enough good things about her during our first time being seen by her. She was very patient with my scared 1.5-year-old. Taking the time to get her acclimated and comfortable with all the instruments before using them, thoroughly asking and answering questions, and just an overall kindness put me and my sick daughter at ease. I could not say enough good things about her when my husband asked how It went. It's hard to see your child sick and not knowing what to do and we walked out of there with a thorough answer and zero question marks afterwards. Absolutely wonderful Doctor, thank you, Dr Chien!

Dr Chien was awesome. So personable. She quickly and thoroughly ran through symptoms and initial testing, had another Dr help with an in-office test, covered the big three possibilities well, and gave clear recommendations for next steps if what she prescribed did not solve the problem. Dr Chien talked with both my son and me, was very interested to find the cause of his symptoms, and made an otherwise upsetting situation actually enjoyable.

It was our first time seeing this Dr and she was great! My kids loved her, she was very sweet, and made us all comfortable being there.

Dr. Chien was amazing! She was very friendly and patient, and had excellent listening and communication skills. She showed genuine concern and has called twice regarding my daughter's labs and asking about her condition since our visit.
