Dr. Diane S Chiu, MD

I've probably visited over 20 different doctors total in a span of over 2 years. I've done almost every type of laser and 2 scar revisions. Of all doctors, she is easily the most wonderful and skilled doctor. She is one of those doctors who actually take concern for her patients over her practice. Definitely above and beyond expectations of what you would normally see in a highly-rated doctor. I've had a CO2 laser done about 6 months ago, which still had residual redness after 3 months. She understands and listens to my concerns and took her time to relax my worries as it is normal and also follow-up with procedures that will help reduce the redness at her own expense and time. Honestly, she didn't have to do the extra steps, but she wanted to do it as she felt it would help out in the long-term. I have rarely seen an ethical doctor like her take next level steps in order to make sure she resolves any problems as well as address all concerns from A-Z. Without Dr. Chiu, I would… still have visible scars and thank god she exists. I earnestly hope she works as long as I live.

I came to Dr. Chiu with deep scaring on my face due to an advance infection. She worked with me to repair the scaring . I am very happy with the results and thankful for Dr. Chiu's kind assistance. I would recommend her highly.

Do not waste your hard earned money and valueable time here. I went there for treatment of acne, but I asked about why my face was getting worse, the answer Dr Chiu gave me (twice) was "I dont know whats going on with your face". Had I not explored about the side effetcs of the medicines myself, I would have never known and would have ruined my face forever. Dr Chiu never told me about the side effects. I had to stop the treatment and within a week everything started getting normal. I would not go back to her or reccomend anybody go there. Its a wastage of time and money.
