Waited well over an hour for a scheduled appointment and was still never called. Office staff not helpful either. Ended up canceling and leaving.

I was experiencing pain and blurriness in my right eye after being hit at soccer. The next morning I called and got an appt that day. I had never been to an eye doctor before and was nervous I had done serious damage. Dr. Flanigen was so nice and patient with me when I got nervous and needed to stop the exam. She calmed me down and was very thorough with her examination. She is great with patients I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Flanigen is an outstanding doctor and she is very thorough during office visits and has an outstanding bed side manner which helps to put me at ease. I have recommended her to many friends and relatives and they all concur with my thoughts. A great doctor!

My very first visit with Diane was excellent. I was very uneasy with the problem I was having with my eye and was put at ease in the very first min. of my appointment. The problem was assessed and I now have her as my ongoing eye dr knowing all will be well.

Dr. Flanigan is a superb physician. Her office personnel are efficient and friendly. But most importantly the doctor takes her time with you, explains what is taking place, and details ger findings. She has a very pleasant approach that makes you feel comfortable and confident.

I have been going to this eye specialist for over 5 years and consider her to be one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to. She is a very thorough and caring doctor. I had cataract surgery 1 year ago by her and have had no problems. I trust this doctor 110% in the care she has given me and would go to no one else again.
